- Booked sessions are no refundable except unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather etc.
- Sessions cancelled from bad weather will be re-arranged or refunded.
- I understand and agree that as the rider I participate in the session entirely at my own risk
- I have considered the nature of such sessions.
- I am sufficiently responsible and competent to assume full and entire responsibility for my safety and will ride in a manner that is safe for themselves and others.
- I can confirm I will note any medical conditions I feel FMMTB need to be aware of and will provide an update in writing if there are any changes to note. If I have any concerns about participating in any form of physical activity relating to the session, I will consult a GP before giving my consent for participation. Information will be true and accurate.
- I agreed that to the extent permitted by law, neither FMMTB nor any of its staff, volunteers, sponsors or suppliers will be liable for any loss, harm, damage, illness, or injury whatsoever however caused (directly or indirectly), arising out of or in connection with or as a result of my participation in the sessions, provided always that nothing shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused directly by negligence of FMMTB or its employees.
- Personal data will not be shared and kept fully confidential.
- Booking is only confirmed when required deposit is received.
